Subject: DR-010B integration into a 117 L low-humidity electronics cabinet

Technical inquiry draft. No recipient selected; not sent; not a purchase order.

We selected the 230 V RECUSORB DR-010B for engineering evaluation as an external unit connected to a 117 L sealed electronics storage chamber. Target is <=5%RH across all qualified measuring positions, with control near 3%RH at 20/25/30 C ambient. Two traceably calibrated Vaisala HMP7 probes will be used. The unit remains outside the storage chamber.

Please confirm standalone supply, current controlled outline/STEP and electrical drawing, AUTO-OFF configuration, and matching HS plug/cap kit. Our reference is outline DST04472-01 and electrical drawing 01039226-09 in manual .051-22.06. We propose an isolated external relay contact between HS1/HS2; HS3 will remain insulated and unused. No external voltage will be injected into the HS circuit. Confirm the exact HS voltage, actual switched load, startup/inrush duration, and suitable contact/fuse coordination.

Process air will return from and supply the sealed cabinet using two DN100 ducts, while regeneration air uses separate DN80 inlet and outdoor wet exhaust. Provide dry-air temperature rise, minimum process/regeneration flows, static-pressure curves, allowable duct losses, intake/exhaust separation and service clearances, and installation orientation.

Provide moisture-removal capacity or equilibrium/dewpoint data in the 1/3/5%RH region, not only the 20C/60%RH rating. Advise whether this closed-loop cabinet arrangement can achieve <=5%RH with realistic leakage and loaded materials. No low-humidity performance guarantee is inferred from the published rating.

Our normal request is held for >=300s, with >=120s request off. Two fail-close dampers are intended to reach open within120s before enabling HS, giving >=180s normal machine run if their open signals remain stable. Door opening, sensor failure, overtemperature or permission removal withdraws the request immediately. Please explicitly confirm allowable early interruption, restart limitations and whether an external fault latch is required if damper contacts or power fail and recover during a continuing request. Our controller measures REQUEST, not actual RUN; it currently has no machine-ready/fault inputs.

Please supply evidence of independent thermal protection and behavior under blocked process/regeneration flow, rotor or fan failure, and power restoration. The existing candidate is not released for mains connection or manufacture until the interface and physical qualification conditions are closed.

Please return the accepted configuration/order designation, drawing revisions, lead time and an indicative quotation separately from the technical acceptance. This inquiry does not authorize purchase or manufacture.
