Our Dongguan plant runs closed-loop SMT: solder paste inspection, pick-and-place, nitrogen reflow, and 3D AOI with SPC feedback to upstream equipment.
We support 0201 passives, fine-pitch QFN, BGA/LGA, flex and rigid-flex, and mixed SMT + THT flows on the same program.
