PCBA PARTNER began in 2009 in Dongguan as a specialized PCB fabrication workshop. We later expanded into turnkey PCBA and EMS as customer programs grew more complex.

Today we operate a 2,000㎡ facility in Dongguan with 5 high-speed SMT lines, 3D SPI / AOI, MES traceability, and full box-build support — serving prototype through mass-production programs worldwide. Our team includes 50+ engineers, operators, and QA staff.

2009 vs. 2016 on LinkedIn: Our manufacturing roots date to 2009 in Dongguan. In 2016 we registered 合品电子 (Hepin Electronics on LinkedIn) as the operating company behind export contracts and the PCBA PARTNER brand — that is the incorporation year on LinkedIn, not a separate or unrelated business.

Foundation

Established as a specialized PCB fabrication facility in Dongguan, focusing on quick-turn prototypes.

Registered 合品电子 (Hepin Electronics) as our export operating entity (listed on LinkedIn). PCBA PARTNER brand and Dongguan manufacturing continue under this company.

Smart Factory Upgrade

Integrated MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and upgraded to 5 high-speed SMT lines at our Dongguan facility (2,000㎡).
