Customer project · Portable energy
A power bank, designed as one complete assembly.
A customer’s concept, preferred appearance and reference samples became a coordinated product design: enclosure, battery cells, PCB, display and connectors developed together.

The brief
Start with the customer’s direction.
The customer supplied the product concept, visual direction and reference samples. PCBA Partner took responsibility for the subsequent design and development, with revisions based on customer feedback.
The integration task
Develop the interfaces together.
The design task was to bring the exterior, battery arrangement, circuit board, display and external interfaces into a workable internal layout. Changes to the enclosure also had to be considered against component positions, supports and assembly access.
Our responsibility
From the initial design to manufacturing.
Define the product and appearance
Develop the industrial design from the customer’s concept and styling direction, then refine the selected design through customer review.
Coordinate the internal package
Develop the enclosure and internal structure around the battery cells, PCB, display and connectors. Review the supports, interface openings and assembly relationships together.
Build and review prototypes
Carry the agreed design into prototypes, assembly and project validation, using customer feedback to guide further revisions.
Prepare tooling and production
Continue through tooling, pilot improvements and production introduction, connecting the approved design with manufacturing requirements.

Published project evidence
Inspect the assembly relationships.
The published assembly views show the placement of the cells, board and display, the enclosure split and the relationships between the main components. They let a prospective customer inspect the integration work directly.
Project outcome and public record
The confirmed project scope extended from design and customer-feedback iterations through prototypes, validation, tooling and production. Public material on this page documents the design and assembly work; numerical performance results, production quantities and customer acceptance records are not published.
