System architecture
How the electronics are organized
A battery or negotiated external supply feeds a bidirectional TEC power stage; an MCU regulates current from skin-side and heat-side temperature feedback and coordinates the fan or cooling path, UI, and optional wireless functions.

- Remove heat from the TEC hot side while meeting skin-side temperature and noise targets.
- Reverse current without bridge shoot-through or abrupt temperature changes.
- Manage condensation and sensor disagreement in a humid wearable environment.

- Inject blocked airflow, fan stall, sensor open or short, drive overcurrent, and rapid mode-change faults.
- Perform high-humidity condensation, corrosion, drainage, and repeated hot-cold cycling tests.

Material control
Released BOM revision, manufacturer part numbers, AVL or alternate rules, no-substitute lines, MSL handling, and exception approvals.
Validation record
Test method, acceptance criteria, sample or serial identity, measured result fields, and disposition. Example scope: Map skin-side and heat-side temperature, current, ramp rate, steady state, and battery life across ambient conditions.
Production release
First-article status plus the agreed SPI, AOI, X-ray, ICT, FCT, programming, rework, OQA, labeling, and packing records.
Project-specific fields, retention periods, sampling rules, measured limits, and customer approvals are confirmed during RFQ and protected under the applicable confidentiality agreement.
