Nail-care electronics. Three applications, one engineering toolkit.
Explore motor control for nail drills, pressure diagnostics for dust collectors and camera-guided selective light. Browse the design reasoning and download the editable engineering sources.
Nail drill electronics. Motion, feedback and interaction.
Connect a brushless motor power stage, timed sampling, a speed supervisor and handpiece controls. A practical architecture for nail-care tools and compact rotating instruments.
Dust collector electronics. Airflow, pressure and filter care.
Combine fan switching, low-cost panel input, display rendering and differential-pressure diagnostics. Use measurements in context to support filter maintenance and a clear operating interface.
61-channel AI nail lamp electronics. Vision, light and local control.
Map nail regions to independently driven light channels, then combine the requested pattern with local timing, hand detection and hardware permission. An architecture for camera-guided selective illumination.
The three products share useful principles: requests are separated from output permission, measurements carry validity information, and electrical interfaces are evaluated alongside mechanics and assembly. Their control strategies remain application-specific.
Cost decisions at 1,000 units per product
Consider the entire bill of materials: motor/handpiece or blower, camera and lens, display, optics, battery or adapter, wiring, enclosure, assembly and test. A schematic BOM is only one part of that total. Use actual supplier quotations for purchasing decisions.
Reuse qualified passive specifications and software modules; reduce connector count and unnecessary assembly steps; choose compute and sensor ranges from the application. Evaluate alternate parts against electrical, thermal, optical and interface requirements before counting savings.
Technical files and source downloads
Editable KiCad files, firmware, algorithms, BOM tables, interfaces and technical revision documents. The complete archive stores identical bytes once; historical ZIPs are expanded into .zip.contents folders. Its included restore.py reconstructs the technical file paths.
Start with the individual source ZIP for the application. Each contains editable CAD, firmware and relevant interface/algorithm documents. The complete revision archive preserves original engineering notes and source dependencies; read the module documentation when combining revisions.
To restore the full archive, extract restore.py and run the command below using a new output directory. The path manifest and per-file SHA-256 make every included technical file traceable. Manufacturer documents and third-party source components retain their original attribution and licenses.
