Prepare your files with the PCB assembly quote package checklist. If delivery records are part of acceptance, use the PCBA traceability field template and guide to specify the required fields and export format.
Send the available revision of each file and mark missing items as pending. Include the quantity, destination, target date, and who will approve material substitutions and test limits. The engineering review will identify what must be resolved before a quotation can be confirmed.
