Typical architecture
An MCU and wireless module schedule a pump and multiple valve channels through protected low-side drivers; pressure, temperature, current, and optional position signals supervise each inflation, hold, and release phase.

- Map many valve, pump, and sensor channels without assembly errors.
- Maintain comfortable pressure across different head shapes while limiting noise.
- Return every chamber to a releasable state after reset, disconnect, or low battery.

- Test each pneumatic channel for flow, pressure rise, hold leakage, blocked tubing, and full-release time.
- Inject valve, pressure-sensor, pump-current, communication, and power-loss faults during every state.
- Run multi-zone endurance while tracking valve response, pump noise, temperature, and tube retention.
